Working Principle

The Standard 67 Series operates using through-beam (slot-type) infrared sensing, where an emitter and receiver are housed in a single unit. When an object passes through the slot, it interrupts the infrared beam, triggering the sensor output.

Detection Modes

Light-ON Mode: Output activates when the beam is uninterrupted.

Dark-ON Mode: Output activates when the beam is blocked.

The sensor’s fast response time (≤2ms) ensures reliable detection in high-speed applications.
